Hairdryer didn't work or fridge and water was over the floor and leaking. Also around the pool was really sharp on my children's feet.

Good fun if you don't mind crowds and paying extra
The complex is very big, beautifully decorated by the sea. The beach club is big, with lots of pools for different ages, the kids loved it. We had booked the VIP zone(100eur a day) that really offered amazing service and gave our holiday a fantastic touch. We had hourly drink service, a bottle of champagne and fruit served to the VIP zone. There was a private area with a private pool with jacuzzi beds and huge sunbeds with loads of pillows. It was a very windy day, and that didn't bother us there. There is a free shuttle down and up from the beach club that we didn't use since it's just a 6 minute walk. Buffet offers to order omlets for breakfast, meats and fish for lunch and dinner. Spacious rooms, our had 2 bedrooms with huge beds and a small kitchen available in the room. Room was clean and comfortable. On the ground floor there is a store where you can buy sunscreen, souvenirs, toys and some bathing related items.
We had all included for the holiday but it felt like that you have to pay extra to have a good time. For the kids slushies are free, but you have to pay for the container. Everything was served in paper cups, and if you wanted plastic so they don't go soggy, you had to pay. In the evening there is the indoor bar that is open with very few sitting room. Terribly noisy from both the bar and arcade that is across the hall. Minidisco is at the bar and it starts very late. The animation team was only seen during the mini disco,otherwise they felt invisible in the area. Very few vegetarian choices during the meals. The resort is far away from everything, if you plan on leaving the hotel, you should uber. There was a tui booth at the reception but never any staff there to tell about the tours or to book them. They don't give much information at arrival, just ask to download their app that contains opening hours but not where things are. We spent the first evening just trying to find things since there isn't a map of the resort.

Good
The pool area was clean and tidy, food offering was good and reasonably warm. Staff were helpful especially the lifeguards when needed for a little first aid
There was very little in the way of entertainment, maybe due to the fact it was April however if you didn't explore outside hotel there wasn't alot to do
